FIII 600 tuning specs. These specs will get going in the right direction but testing is always recommended to suite you altitude and weather conditions.
  • Drive clutch weight – 10-58RD grind to 57 to 57.8 off the bottom side of stock weight.
  • Drive clutch spring –   Almond/Red or Orange/black.
  • RPM engagement – 5500 to 5800 rpm.
  • Shift out – 8700 to 8750 rpm.
  • Driven clutch – Polaris Button.
  • Driven clutch Helix – R-12 Polaris or 50/36 Dalton.
  • Driven clutch spring – TPR purple.
  • Driveshaft – 8 tooth.
  • Gearing – 22/38, 97 mph.
  • Jetting – around 103 Air Density, 20 degrees, 28.90 Baro., 1300 feet altitude, 430 main jet.
